The enterprise Spanakis Construction, an integral member of SSPROPERTYGROUP in more recent years, but with more than 40 years of substantial building experience, undertake the constructional side of our work. They assume responsibility to the highest degree for implementing the drawings of our engineers at every level, from the initial installation of the property foundations right through to configuration of its surroundings. The team is comprised of fully trained and experienced technical personnel, well-equipped for the challenge of even the most complex construction designs.

The Spanakis Construction team also undertake the renovation of hotels and business premises, as well as renovations of old buildings, transforming them into unique private properties, fully functional and ready to welcome their owner.
